They support their schools'' Principals and teachers in rapidly improving the quality of education across early years, primary, secondary and sixth-form phases to transform the life chances of their students. Job Description Overall Purpose of the Role: This post is located within the Trust''s national team. The post has been created to support those responsible for attendance in their academies to rapidly improve it, creating safe environments which ensure learners thrive, and those at risk of poor attendance are supported effectively to attend school, feel seen, heard and valued. The post combines a general responsibility for attendance at all schools with a focused prioritisation of two schools at any time where extra time is given to set up and drive strong attendance practice.
