Role: Trust Administrator
Location: Ringwood
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday (Full-Time) 36.25 hrs p/wk

What''s the job role?
- Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies
- Maintain accurate statutory records and prepare reports
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and intermediaries
- Support senior staff with ad hoc administrative duties and project work
Skills Required?
- Previous experience within Trusts or private Client
- Maintain high level of communication with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and trust administration systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to structure own workload
