Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and support BMC TrueSight components and monitoring agents. Monitor Windows, Linux, VMware, databases, applications, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network infrastructure. Create and maintain monitoring policies, alerts, dashboards, and reports. Manage event correlation, alert suppression, and incident escalation. Automate monitoring tasks using PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting, and REST APIs. Troubleshoot platform, agent, connectivity, and performance issues. Perform upgrades, patching, health checks, backups, and ongoing platform support.
