This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable SEND professional with a strong background in complaints management and tribunal processes to provide additional capacity and help address a current backlog. The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the effective management and resolution of SEND complaints and tribunal matters , helping to reduce outstanding cases and improve the overall service. You will be responsible for working through a backlog of complaints and tribunal cases, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently, professionally and in line with relevant processes and timescales. About You We are looking for someone who has: A proven track record of working within SEND complaints and tribunal processes . Strong knowledge and understanding of the SEND statutory framework and associated processes . Experience managing a caseload of complex complaints and/or tribunal matters... Contract
