      <description>Location: England | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Looking for a role where you can combine agriculture, trials, people and a bit of strategy?We''re working with a well-established agricultural business that is looking for a Trials Manager to take the lead on its trials activity across the UK.The main site is in the Midlands, but there are sites across the UK and the role is home based, so you''ll be travelling regularly to trials sites, grower platforms and open days.What''s the role?You''ll be responsible for making sure the trials programme runs smoothly from start to finish, from preparation, drilling and spraying through to assessments, data and results.You''ll also lead the trials team, helping to develop the people around you and making sure everyone has what they need to do a good job.There''s plenty of variety too.
