We are currently looking for a hands-on Tree Team Leader to oversee day-to-day arboricultural operations across the borough. This is a frontline role combining team supervision with practical operational delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, vehicles, equipment and daily workloads, while supporting team performance, health and safety compliance and high-quality service delivery.
