Treasury Manager - Social Housing

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring someone with strong treasury expertise and, essentially, direct experience within the social housing sector.The successful candidate must already understand how social housing operates and how factors such as development activity, shared ownership, sales receipts and future development pipelines feed into cash flow, liquidity and long-term business planning. This is not a role for someone looking to step up into treasury or transition into social housing for the first time. You will need to be confident working independently and able to take ownership of the treasury function from day one. In this role, you will: Take ownership of the day-to-day treasury function, including daily cash management and weekly liquidity monitoring. Build, maintain and manage short-, medium- and long-term cash-flow forecasts. Work closely with Finance and Development teams to understand how current and future development activity impacts cash flow. Incorporate committed and uncommitted development pipelines into cash-flow and liquidity forecasting. Model the timing of development expenditure, property sales and other housing-related income.
