Treasury Manager

The Opportunity Nigel Wright are supporting a well-established and high-performing organisation in Leeds to recruit a Treasury Manager as part of continued investment and transformation within its finance function. This is a broad, hands-on treasury opportunity requiring a strong combination of cash management, funding expertise and people leadership. The successful candidate will lead an established team while taking ownership of a high-volume cash and funding operation. The Role Leading and developing a high performing team Taking ownership of cash management, cash allocation and bank reconciliations Overseeing funding schedules, drawdowns and associated treasury activity Managing relationships and operational activity with external banking and funding partners Ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of funding and maintaining robust financial controls Providing clear cash and funding reporting to senior Finance stakeholders Managing operational KPIs, service levels, risks, exceptions and escalations Driving automation, standardisation and continuous improvement across treasury and cash processes Developing team capability through coaching, cross-skilling and succession planning Supporting continued systems and technology-led change within Finance The Person Strong experience across treasury, cash management, funding or banking operations A detailed understanding of cash allocation, reconciliations, banking transactions and financial controls Proven experience ..... full job details .....
