Treasury Manager

The Treasury Manager will oversee and manage cash flow, liquidity, financial risk and various strategic initiatives within the Housing sector. They will also lead a small team consisting of one direct report and 3 indirect staff. Description Play a key leadership role in a high-profile Treasury function, taking full ownership of day-to-day operations within a large, complex organisation.Have direct influence over liquidity and cash-flow strategy, ensuring the organisation is well-funded while optimising returns on surplus cash.Gain exposure to a substantial and diverse debt portfolio, overseeing timely capital and interest payments across multiple funding instruments.Lead and shape system, process and service improvements, with the opportunity to strengthen controls, improve efficiency and leave a lasting operational legacy.Act as a central figure in month-end and audit processes, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and external auditors.Operate within a well-established control framework, with scope to enhance documentation, governance and best-practice Treasury operations.
