Treasury Manager

OverviewBased in Woking, the role requires the individual to provide the first level of support within the business for the Treasury function. The successful candidate will be required to develop a strong working relationship with Finance and work with a variety of team members across McLaren Automotive''s finance and commercial functions to ensure all key treasury related activities are controlled successfully. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to build relationships with different people from a variety of backgrounds to achieve a common goal.

ResponsibilitiesThe role requires an individual with a hands-on approach who would like to build on their experience and knowledge through working closely with the Group Treasurer. The candidate will have existing treasury knowledge and will continue to develop themselves further through a variety of learning programmes both within McLaren and externally through 3rd party providers in order to expand on their treasury management knowledge and skills.

Previous experience in the Motorsport, Automotive or Manufacturing sector is preferred.

Qualifications

Qualified - professional accounting or treasury qualification such as Association Corporate Treasurers (AMCT) / Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Hands on approach with ambition to grow with the treasury function in alignment with business growth.

Highly analytical with strong organisational capability

Ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people.

Strong systems knowledge specifically [ERP]

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
