Treasury Manager

This role leads treasury and investment activities, ensuring effective cash management, funding strategy, and investor operations. It plays a key role in managing funding arrangements, optimising cashflow, and overseeing investment processes while supporting financial stability and future growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage short- and long-term cashflow forecasting and liquidity planningSupport funding strategy, including borrowing facilities and alternative financing optionsMonitor financial performance against funding and liquidity requirementsBuild and maintain cashflow models to support planning and decision-makingEnsure compliance with funding agreements, policies, and internal controlsMaintain key external relationships, including lenders and investorsOversee investment operations, including account management and transactionsEnsure accurate and compliant handling of financial data and paymentsDevelop reporting and dashboards to track cash, liquidity, and investment performanceIdentify opportunities to optimise cash, working capital, and funding structuresLead and develop a small team, supporting performance and capability growthKey RequirementsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Experience in treasury, cashflow forecasting, or financial planning rolesStrong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and funding structuresExperience building financial models and forecastsKnowledge of working capital and cash optimisation techniquesStrong analytical and ..... full job details .....
