The business has recently established a standalone Group Treasury function covering cash management, external and internal funding, foreign exchange and interest rate risk across a complex international group. A number of processes are currently manual, with plans to implement new treasury systems and further develop the function over the coming months. This is a hands-on treasury accounting role, taking ownership of much of the day-to-day accounting activity and ensuring treasury transactions are accurately reflected through the general ledger, consolidation system and month-end reporting.
