The key requirements are previous machine-minding or machine-operating experience combined with supervisory or team leadership experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a manufacturing, production, printing, packaging or converting background who is looking to develop their technical skills while taking responsibility for a production team. The Role You will be responsible for:Operating and learning to operate Tray Former machinery.Supervising and supporting the production team.Ensuring production schedules are completed on time and to customer specification.Monitoring the quality of finished packaging.Managing staffing levels and allocating work across the team.Supporting colleagues with day-to-day production requirements.Assisting with trials for new packaging projects.Completing production and traceability documentation.Ensuring daily machinery maintenance and department routines are completed.Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health and ..... full job details .....
