Your new company We are recruiting for a well-known organisation who specialises in finding suitable accommodation for vulnerable and at-risk individuals, focusing on people experiencing homelessness, who may also have mental health issues or drug/alcohol dependencies. Your new role You will join a decided Gypsy, Roma, Traveller, and Boater (GRTB) Service team. This is your chance to actively support travelling communities across Wiltshire and Bath and North East Somerset. You will work in a variety of settings, including council and private sites, as well as roadside locations, directly contributing to the welfare of these communities. In this role, you''ll work closely with partner agencies to deliver a seamless, client-focused service. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive strengths and risk assessments, tracking progress, and developing personalised support plans that reflect each client''s unique needs.
