This opportunity as a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician is ideal for an experienced low-voltage technician who enjoys traveling.The Responsibilities
Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projectsServes as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product trainingEnsures safety through compliance with relevant state and federal regulationsHandles service orders and project administrationPerforms follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspectionThe Necessities
Ability to travel extensivelyValid CPR/First Aid cardValid electrician certificate or trainee cardHigh school diploma or equivalentElectrical wiring experienceBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Good communication skills to interface with customersAbility to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirementsAttention to detailAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to work well with others and maintain a positive attitudeValid driver’s license and proof of minimum liability insuranceAbility to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screeningsGreat to Have
Relevant factory certifications and knowledge are a plus. Examples include:
LenelDAQ Access Control/IDSMilestone CCTVPelco CCTVMonitor Dynamics Access Control/IDSAMAGVarious DDC and Building Utility Control Systems
