Travel Trade and Group Sales Manager

The Travel Trade and Group Sales Manager will lead on developing and delivering our group and travel trade sales strategy across all five sites. The post holder will be responsible for growing IWM''s travel trade, group visitor numbers and revenue through productive relationships and partnerships and support operational aspects of working with these markets to ensure smooth booking processes and communications. In addition to working with our digital and marketing teams, this position will work closely with our Events and Experiences team, who design our sellable visitor products and the Admissions team, who manage operational delivery, capacity and ticketing systems. Success will depend on close cross-team collaboration to maximise impact, revenue and visitor satisfaction. It''s an exciting time to join IWM.
