The Travel Team Sales Manager will be responsible for maximising the sales of a team of Travel Specialists while delivering excellent service and maximising the conversion rate from enquiry to booking. Travel Team Sales Manager Duties: - Set clear targets, monitor performance and use reporting to maximise sales and conversion. - Hold effective 1:1s, recognise success and address underperformance promptly. - Recruit, motivate and lead a positive, competitive and supportive team. - Drive consistent use of the sales process and provide constructive feedback on calls and client interactions. - Create individual development plans to deliver coaching and training based on performance and product gaps. - Review feedback trends with specialists and implement actions to improve service.
