Oversee the daily operation of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, financial controls and health and safety requirements. Deliver outstanding customer experiences by maintaining high service standards, supporting the resolution of customer issues and ensuring a seamless end to end booking journey. Coach, train and support team members through regular performance management, development opportunities and succession planning initiatives.
