The Counter Lead is responsible for supporting their Brand in driving sales turnover and market share through consistently remaining consumer focused.They are accountable for achieving this by:reflecting a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all timesmaximising sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standardscontributing to efficiencies through adhering to store/Brand/Company Procedures and guidelinesunderstanding daily/weekly targetsensuring personal awareness of all additional sales avenues i.e., eventing, Omni and digital channels, etc.keeping up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunitieseffectively using social media, leveraging opportunities to drive the business, protect and enhance the Brand imagedelivering the Brand Strategy, ensuring the delivery of an effective local planplanning and implementing local marketing and events initiatives, aligned to Retailer activitydelivering excellence in service by ensuring measures are in place to continually improve service levels, creating a zero consumer complaints mindset and a surprise and delight culturebeing an Ambassador for the Brand — leading the way to ensure Brand values are represented and brought to lifeensuring all refunds and complaints are managed in line with Company guidelines and to a mutually satisfactory conclusion, involving the Area Manager where appropriateusing digital tools to keep knowledge up to datedelivering a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer basedeveloping up-to-date product knowledge to ensure an industry-leading experience and that products meet consumer needsplanning to ensure delivery of excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing)reviewing retail standards daily to ensure they are maintainedensuring deliveries, stock movements and related administration are completed within agreed timeframesensuring all auditable processes and administration are followed according to guidelines and taking corrective actions where neededfulfilling all information requests accurately and within deadlinesminimising stock loss by correctly implementing all Security Policies and Procedurescreating and maintaining a safe environment for consumers, adhering to Policies and Proceduresensuring health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve at least an ''Acceptable'' grade during auditsCommerciality

Managing daily replenishment and taking appropriate actionsMaximising sales performance using all commercial reports for decision makingPlanning and delivering visual merchandising layouts within guidelines and timescalesIdentifying stock issues and taking corrective actions, informing the Area Manager when necessaryManaging promotions and discounts in line with guidelinesIdentifying trends and suggesting ways to enhance product performanceQualifications

Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environmentAbility to drive self-developmentCommercial understanding and industry awarenessEffective communication, organization, and prioritization skillsSeniority level
