This is a client-facing role supporting our guests throughout their villa holidays - organising everything from private chefs and wine tours to boat charters and bespoke experiences, once they''ve booked through our sales team. The Job: Liaising with clients after booking to organise extra services and experiences for their trip Building detailed itineraries covering multiple activities and experiences throughout a stay Creating client apps with property details, check-in information, and booked extras Liaising with suppliers across our destinations to arrange chefs, wine tours, boats, and other experiences Coordinating with property owners and managers on client arrivals and special requests Researching new local suppliers and experiences in our destinations Researching and keeping updated with recommended sights, museums, restaurants, bars...
