Travel Customer Service Executive -Hybrid

A luxury travel company is looking for an enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a permanent position paying a great salary of up to £25,000 pa plus great benefits including the option to work Hybrid 2 days per week .You''ll be working alongside a supportive team to answer and resolve customer queries and complaints via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and to the highest professional standards. You''ll apply your excellent knowledge of travel to support the wider customer service team. You may have worked in a similar position, or possibly as a travel host.This is a great hybrid or remote job for a charismatic and empathetic person with great communication skills and some experience working in a customer service environment.
