Travel Customer Experience Executive Duties: Processing, logging and reporting of Compensation or Gesture of Goodwill s. Supporting and assisting the Customer Experience Manager with such communications and the switch selling of cancelled holidays for customer retention. Speaking to customers daily and ensuring a personalised service to drive customer experience excellence in line with the company wide service plan. Looking after all incoming complaints, Log, acknowledge, thoroughly investigate and respond to customers within the 28 days ABTA Guidelines Looking after all responses received by Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire. Storing correspondence received and sent and ensure all information kept for audit trail purposes. Assist reservations during busy periods. Travel Customer Experience Executive Essential Requirements: Experience in a customer-facing role, in the travel or hospitality industry with strong customer service and complaint handling skills.
