Travel Cruise Sales ConsultantBase Salary to £37,000 depending on experience Bonus and Great BenefitsHybrid - Central LondonOur client, a luxury a luxury cruise specialist, is a customer service focused cruise consultant who has the experience of dealing with top end discerning clients.They are an award-winning cruise operator selling some of the world''s most luxurious cruise operators and have a reputation for delivering excellence.The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients.Candidates must have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry selling luxury cruise product with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.Monday to Friday working hours, one Saturday per month. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central LondonTravel Cruise Consultant Duties and ResponsibilitiesBooking all aspects of the client''s cruises as well as making amending to existing reservationsChecking availability and confirming cruise options availableDealing with any pre departure or post-holiday queriesProcessing guest information and special requestsWorking to targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.Travel Cruise Consultant Skills and Attributes:Previous reservations or customer services experience dealing with top end clients gained within the travel industryExtensive luxury cruise product knowledgeAbility to develop rapport with a ..... full job details .....
