Travel Consultant (Full time or Part Time)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent travel agency on the boarders of Watford. My client is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with previous travel sales experience.This role will ideally suit someone with a proven Travel Agency background, excellent customer service and a passion for travel.If you are looking for the flexibility to work full time or part time (3 days), with a competitive salary, I would love to hear from you!JOB DESCRIPTION:Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultantsGreeting customers face to face and also over the phoneQuoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itinerariesSelling both package and dynamically packaged holidaysOffering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needsSelling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer serviceEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a travel agency environmentPassionate about travel and customer serviceEnthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitudePACKAGE:A very competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 + bonusMonday - Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm (Saturdays; 9am - 2.30pm)Full time or Part time (Days Negotiable)INTERESTED?Please follow the instructions to apply attaching your CV!
