This is an office based role in Knutsford Travel Consultant - Role and Responsibilities: Create tailor-made holiday experiences and deliver outstanding customer service across all customer touchpoints. Drive sales performance by achieving targets, maximising revenue opportunities and promoting relevant travel products and services. Build lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with destination knowledge, products and technology to provide expert travel advice. Work collaboratively as part of the team, contributing to business goals, promotions and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel Consultant - Skills and Experience Required: Previous travel sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and ideally with strong long haul destination knowledge. Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across telephone, email and face to face.
