Travel Centre Advisor £29,764 per annum - Grade 2 Dewsbury Travel Centre Full time / Permanent - 37 hours per week Closing date 27 September at 23:55 We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Centre Advisor to join our brand-new Dewsbury Travel Centre. We are proud to be part of a network of seven travel centres across West Yorkshire, delivering essential travel services and information to thousands of people every day. We are looking for a motivated, approachable, and customer-focused Travel Centre Advisor to join us in this varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will support a diverse range of customers, from local residents to visitors and tourists, tailoring your communication style to meet individual needs and ensure a positive customer experience. As a Travel Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and issuing prepaid tickets, passes, and permits, providing advice on bus and rail services, and helping customers access the information they need to travel confidently across the region. Working independently, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and acting as an ambassador for the Travel Centre and the wider Combined Authority.
