Role: Travel & Tourism Lecturer - A Level
Location: Lancashire
Contract: Full-Time - Temporary
Rate: -190 - -250 per day

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel & Tourism Lecturer for a Further Education College in Lancashire.

This is a full time temporary role to start on Monday 13th April for the rest of the academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator or industry professional to support students studying A Level Travel & Tourism, helping them develop knowledge of the global travel industry and preparing them for further study or careers within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality A Level Travel & Tourism lessons to further education students.
- Plan and prepare schemes of work and lesson materials aligned with the curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Support students in developing industry knowledge, analytical skills, and employability awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and learner progress.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment within the department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- A degree or relevant qualification in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential for strong industry candidates.
- Experience delivering A Level or Further Education Travel & Tourism (preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge of the global travel and tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to supporting student success and achievement.
