Previous-experience-within-the-travel-industry-in-a-support-or-commercially-focused-role-is-essential.

This-role-is-offered-on-a-hybrid-basis-Surrey.

Travel-Agency-Support-and-Commercial-Executive-Key-Responsibilities:

• Provide-support-to-the-field-Sales-team-and-Business-Development-Executive.
• Act-as-a-key-point-of-contact-for-travel-agents-and-tour-operators,-building-and-maintaining-strong-working-relationships.
• Monitor-the-agency-support-mailbox,-ensuring-enquiries-and-requests-are-responded-to-within-48-hours.
• Create-and-maintain-travel-agent-profiles-within-the-company''s-booking-system.
• Support-the-development-and-administration-of-commercial-agreements-and-preferred-partner-arrangements-with-travel-agencies.
• Assist-with-the-planning,-implementation-and-tracking-of-commercial-initiatives-and-sales-campaigns.
• Work-closely-with-the-Marketing-team-to-coordinate-and-deliver-marketing-and-promotional-requests.

Travel-Agency-Support-and-Commercial-Executive-Experience-Required:

• Previous-experience-within-the-travel-industry-in-a-support-or-commercially-focused-role-is-essential.
• Excellent-written-and-verbal-communication-skills.
• Strong-data-management-skills,-with-the-ability-to-work-across-multiple-platforms-and-software-systems.
• Confident-user-of-Microsoft-Office,-particularly-Excel.
• Advanced-Excel-skills,-including-PivotTables,-XLOOKUP-and-reporting.
• Ability-to-manipulate-raw-data-and-produce-accurate,-insightful-ad-hoc-reports.
• Strong-organisational-skills,-with-the-ability-to-manage-multiple-projects-and-competing-priorities-simultaneously.
