Hours: 18.75 hours per week  Contract: Permanent  Closing Date: 30/09/2026  About the Role  The role of the Trauma Stabilisation Advisor &amp; Administrator at First Light in Plymouth is to predominantly offer some clients psychoeducational support whilst they are waiting for counselling.   As a Trauma Stabilisation Advisor, this role will deliver an appointment-based Trauma Stabilisation service to already clinically assessed clients. The advisor will be using techniques which have been delivered through specialist TSP training and there is an expectation to deliver four trauma stabilisation sessions per day, and to complete all notes and admin connected with each case.
