Do you have experience coordinating inbound shipments, workingwith freight forwarders and ensuring goods move smoothly throughcustoms and arrive at their destination on time? We''re supporting a global manufacturing organisation inPetersfield who are looking to recruit 2 TransportationCoordinators to join their Supply Chain team on an initial4-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on logisticsexperience who can hit the ground running within a busy,international supply chain environment. What''s the role all about? As a Transportation Coordinator, you''ll help coordinate inboundshipments across EMEA and the UK, including materials moving intomanufacturing facilities and third-party manufacturing sites. You''ll take ownership of the track and trace process from originthrough to final delivery, working closely with planners, freightforwarders, carriers, customs agents and destination sites. A big part of the role is spotting potential delays before theybecome a problem, ensuring import and export documentation isaccurate and keeping everyone updated on the progress of priorityshipments.
