Your Job

To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm and friendly welcome on arrival and departure of their stay.

To ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced by current road regulations + legislation.

To be responsible for scheduling of rotas and rest days + planning routes cost-effectively.

Assist with the movement of luggage.

Drive the hotel bus.

To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.

What You Will Need

Proven experience in Transport departments

Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License

Excellent organisational skills

To be prepared to be flexible with hours as operations are 7 days a week

Strong communication and management skills; ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of drivers
