Transport Supervisor Location: RedditchSalary: £35,127 per annumHours: 09 00Contract: Permanent, Direct EmploymentThe Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Transport Supervisor to join a well-known and established transport and logistics company based in Redditch.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transport, logistics or supervisory experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and professional operation.Working as part of the transport management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily transport operations, supporting drivers and maintaining high standards of service, safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating day-to-day transport operations.Managing and supporting a team of drivers and transport staff.Ensuring vehicles and drivers are operating safely and efficiently.Monitoring driver performance, attendance and compliance.Supporting the planning and coordination of routes and deliveries.Dealing with operational issues and resolving problems quickly and effectively.Ensuring all transport legislation, company policies and procedures are followed.Communicating effectively with drivers, management, customers and other departments.Monitoring service levels and helping to maintain high customer satisfaction.Completing relevant transport administration and operational records.Supporting the Transport Manager with the overall running of the ..... full job details .....
