We''re recruiting for an experienced-Transport Supervisor-to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in-St Neots. If you thrive in a challenging logistics environment and enjoy leading drivers while ensuring first-class customer service and compliance, we''d love to hear from you.

The Role

• Supervise the day-to-day transport operation
• Support route planning and driver scheduling
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of drivers
• Ensure compliance with Drivers'' Hours, WTD and Operator Licence requirements
• Monitor vehicle utilisation and delivery performance
• Liaise with customers, drivers and the warehouse to ensure service levels are achieved
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Promote a positive health & safety culture

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience within a transport or logistics supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment
• Experience within a-pallet network operation is highly desirable
• National CPC qualification desirable but not essential
• Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems
