This is a great opportunity for an experienced transport professional who enjoys managing people, solving operational problems and being hands-on within the operation. As the Transport Supervisor in Nottingham, you'll support drivers across multiple sites and work closely with the Transport Manager to keep the fleet running safely, legally and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Managing and supporting a team of HGV drivers across multiple Nottinghamshire locations. Ensuring drivers meet required standards around safety, compliance and performance. Managing driver rotas, debriefs, observations and toolbox talks. Monitoring Driver Hours, WTD and tachograph compliance. Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, PMI and other maintenance requirements.
