Transport Supervisor

to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy fleet of 3.5T vans, ensuring efficient, customer-focused final mile delivery.Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-drop van drivers across daily delivery routes.Plan and allocate routes to maximise efficiency and meet customer expectations.Monitor vehicle performance, driver compliance, and delivery KPIs.Ensure all operations comply with health and safety and transport regulations.Act as the first point of contact for driver issues, customer escalations, and operational challenges.Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of drivers.What We\''re Looking For

Experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role, ideally in final mile or parcel delivery.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of driver regulations and vehicle compliance (3.5T).Excellent communication and leadership abilities.IT literate – experience with route planning or fleet management systems is a plus.Details
