Transport Supervisor

Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of their Transport client based in Mesaham for a Transport Supervisor on an on-going temporary basis.

Transport Supervisor

Monday - Friday
03:30 - 11:00 ( 8 hours per day)
-15.92 per hour

Duties:
Very fast paced environment dealing with Class 2 Drivers making home deliveries
Managing a fleet of vehicles
Supporting the Transport Manager with managing the transport operation onsite
Report all non-compliance
Ensure the safe delivery of products and administration of the paperwork is to a high standard
Carry out Driver pre-briefs on a daily basis
Deal with day to day driver issues
Liaise with drivers, maintenance and breakdown recovery

Skills:
Previous transport supervisor experience
Excellent communication skills
Driving hours and regulations knowledge
