Serving as a key management liaison for customer interactions. Optimising the coordination of internal fleet and subcontractors for maximum cost-effectiveness. Leading day-to-day driver management, focusing on team development, training, and operational efficiency. Strategic management of suppliers, including subcontractors, agencies and maintenance providers, to control operational spend.
