Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming customers, police officers, staff, and visitors to the workshop while providing first-contact administrative support and handling queries with professionalism.Assisting with the collection of fleet vehicles, ensuring that all systems are updated accurately to maintain roadworthiness and legal compliance.Managing incoming calls related to vehicle repairs, maintenance, and job progress, while effectively monitoring appointments to optimise workshop loading.Collaborating with frontline customers to arrange suitable workshop appointments or roadside assistance when necessary.Overseeing the allocation of courtesy vehicles and maintaining accurate records in the fleet management system.Completing necessary pre-appointment paperwork, including job cards and compliance checks, to facilitate smooth handovers to vehicle ..... full job details .....
