This role requires close coordination with operational teams to provide accurate and timely information in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Update SAP with amendments, including delays, cancellations, and special deliveries. Manage Trailer Units (TUs) by creating IDs, assigning appointments, and uploading additional TUs as required. Monitor and coordinate deliveries for direct and indirect operations. Liaise with relevant departments regarding delivery issues and escalate operational inconsistencies where necessary. Maintain and arrange dock slots in line with operational requirements.
