The Role You will lead the design and optimisation of the logistics network overseeing planning across multiple depots, ensuring exceptional service to customers while maximising efficiency, safety, and cost performance. You will lead a team responsible for routing, resource planning, and network optimisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team responsible for network routing plans and resource coordination. Drive continuous improvement of transport network plans across multiple depots, optimising routing, trunking flows, and delivery schedules to reduce empty miles and improve network balance Oversee capacity across a fleet of vehicles, ensuring effective deployment of HGV and LCV assets.
