This includes coordinating PTL/PFS road freight, ensuring efficient logistics planning, shipment monitoring, and compliance across all transport activities. Lead with the day-to-day operational planning of the road freight and liaise with the teams in our other hubs and ensure good and efficient planning. Liaising with our finance department to ensure effective facilitation with accounts. Monitor the performance of the road freight, striving for improving efficiencies. Working as part of a team, engage in problem-solving options for problematic shipments and managing client expectations when issues arise.
