This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in transport planning who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing daily driver schedules within a pallet network operation. The successful candidate will benefit from clear progression opportunities and a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily routes for 12 drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and collections.Maintain efficient operations within a pallet network environment, optimising resource use and route efficiency.Monitor driver progress, addressing any issues to maintain service standards.Work closely with the wider transport team to support smooth day-to-day operations.Ensure compliance with transport regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.RequirementsPrevious experience in Transport Planning is essential.Knowledge or experience of working within a pallet network (desirable).Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise effectively and work under ..... full job details .....
