Transport Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our clients fast-paced transport coordination team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
You’ll be responsible for arranging transport using both fleet and subcontractors to meet customer requirements.
While previous experience in transport is a plus, it’s not essential—full training and support provided.
📍 Location: Office-based (with potential for hybrid working after training)
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week
💰 Salary: £25,500 – £27,000
📅 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 17:30
⏰ Typical shifts: 06:30–15:00 | 08:00–16:30 | 09:00–17:30 (allocated weekly based on business needs)
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• 📞 Confident communicator – especially over the phone
• 🗂️ Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks effectively
• 🔍 Excellent attention to detail – essential for success in this role
• 💻 Basic IT skills – familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook (training provided on in-house systems)
• 🏠 Hybrid working potential – after training, depending on performance and preference
• 🚛 Transport/logistics experience – advantageous but not required

• 📞 On-call duties may be required once fully trained
• 🏢 Full-time office presence required during the initial 3-month training period
