The successful applicant will be responsible for all elements of planning for a busy domestic fleet, and this is an ideal role for those who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Apply now for an immediate response! The Job you will do: Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries and collections. Liaise with internal departments to ensure finished goods are prepared in line with loading schedules. Raise purchase and sales orders using internal systems and business software. Coordinate shipping and haulage arrangements with freight forwarding partners. Prepare and complete transport and shipping documentation accurately and within required timescales. Oversee the loading and dispatch of customer orders. Resolve operational issues promptly while delivering excellent customer service. Maintain high standards of service by following company procedures and compliance requirements. Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
