You will be responsible for planning and scheduling transport operations, optimising vehicle utilisation, coordinating with drivers and hauliers, and ensuring outstanding customer service while meeting operational KPIs and cost targets. Key Responsibilities Plan and optimise driver schedules and vehicle loads. Arrange third-party haulier support through the spot market when required. Ensure daily delivery targets and cost-per-load KPIs are achieved. Resolve transport, customer, and driver-related issues quickly and effectively. Minimise empty running and improve operational efficiency. Analyse reports and planning data to identify improvements.
