This role is central to ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate record-keeping, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily waste collection routes to ensure efficient operations. Liaise with drivers to communicate instructions, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues as they arise. Handle customer enquiries related to transport services in a professional and timely manner. Promote a positive health and safety culture by following procedures and participating in training and briefings. Assist with weighbridge operations, including accurate documentation and completion of waste transfer notes. Represent the business professionally across all operational activities.
