Your new roleThe position is being offered full time and working from comfortable offices. Some of your duties will include but not limited to Dealing with drivers via phone and face to face Continuous communication with portsBooking delivery slots Updating internal system (TOPS) Chasing drivers for timings and updating the system accordinglyRe-routing and planning as necessary Dealing with possible delays and speaking directly to customers if required Checking all PODS are assigned correctly to the correct jobs.
