Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and coordinate daily transport operations from the depot. Oversee driver routes and ensure vehicles are allocated efficiently to maximise productivity. Ensure all transport activities comply with relevant-transport legislation, Road Traffic Acts and company policies. Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate maintenance requirements and defect reporting. Manage daily route planning, responding effectively to changes, delays and operational issues.
