Job Title: Transport Operator

Location: Eastleigh

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: -29,000 - -34,000 per annum + -2,600 annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 8:00pm

No weekends | Bank holidays off

We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Operator to join our client''s dynamic team in Eastleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a background in transport or logistics operations to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy transport department.

• Collaborating with the PM team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Managing and supporting drivers throughout their shifts

• Handling queries from drivers and customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• De-briefing day drivers upon return and dispatching night drivers in a timely manner

• Liaising with the warehouse to ensure coordination between departments

• Verifying all scanning documentation is present, accurate, and complete

• Proven experience in a transport or logistics environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Confident using transport systems, emails, and messaging services

• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
