This role will be based at our Walsall Offices, operating from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm. Key Responsibilities Strategic Order Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for order fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery of minimix concrete to construction sites across a defined coverage area. Workflow Management and Prioritisation: Efficiently manage transportation workflows, prioritising orders based on customer requirements, project deadlines, and fleet capacity. Concise Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers via telephone and email, providing updates on delivery schedules, resolving queries, and addressing any issues that may arise. Technology Utilisation: Utilise transport management software and other technology tools to streamline processes, optimise routes, and track delivery progress in real-time.
